With globalisation and increased competition in the marketplace, there is a growing need to develop alternative sources of income to help underpin agricultural activity in rural areas.
Estates are proven business models which assist the development of smaller rural businesses, so they have an important role to play in helping to identify new business opportunity and in helping to support new business initiatives.
